The club is delighted to announce the appointment of Phil "the machine" Simmonds as second team captain for the 17/18 season.
The extremely popular Phil has been a great servant to the club since joining 6 years ago, who besides playing in the left wing position, also managed to find time for the role of honorary secretary, which he performed for 3 years.
With Phil's'never say die attitude, the West Mon Lions (as they are now known) will be in for an exciting season.
