West Mon runs a senior team that plays in Swalec division East 3C and development side that plays in division 2 of the Gwent Newport Pontypool league. The club also runs a ladies touch rugby. Training takes place every Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm at PILCS under the direction of coaches Dale Perry and DeanJones
All newcomers interested in playing are welcome to attend and join the West Mon family
