After some serious training sessions over the the summer period, the coaches have decided that the time is right for the "girls" to make their competitive debut.
The ladies will play their first tournament games on Saturday 17th September . Venue is likely to be Llandaff where the "girls" will play opposition from Cardiff and Swansea .
The coaches are always looking to welcome new members All ages catered for, come along, have fun and get fit at the same time. If you haven’t played before the coaches will tailor the training sessions to suit newcomers to the game.
Training: Monday and Wednesday 6:15 – 7:30pm
Location: Pilcs, New Road (training pitch at rear)
